PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce self inductance by a simple and economical means in an electrolytic capacitor which is composed of a wound body working as an electrode arranged in a cup-like container, an electrical insulative closing plate to close the cup-like container, positive and negative penetrated parts arranged in the closing plate, and a strip which conductively connects the penetrated parts and an electrode sheet of the wound body. SOLUTION: A strip is made close to a penetrate part from the central side of wound body, and it is brought into contact with the penetrated part.
