PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the highly accurate estimation of air-conditioning load, even in condition that the data for learning is insufficient. SOLUTION: In the case that the actual measurement value of air-conditioning load for a specified period is not obtained, it is judged whether the air- conditioning load by the times on a peak load day assumed by the system designer at system design and the assumed outside air temperature exist or not. In the case that the air-conditioning load by the times on the peak load day assumed by the system designer at system design and the supported outside air temperature exist, the air-conditioning load at the time t is estimated, using the actual result value of air-conditioning load on the previous day and the air-conditioning load by the times on the peak load day. Conversely, in the case that it is judged that the air-conditioning load by the times on the peak load day assumed by the system designer at system design and the assumed outside air temperature do not exist, the air-conditioning load is estimated, using the rated capacity of an air conditioner and the assumed outside air temperature. |
