PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor fault diagnosing device which is equipped with a fault diagnosis mode, which can perform the diagnosis of the fault of a temperature sensor, a humidity sensor, etc., simply with relatively high accuracy. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with a storage 7 which stores the temperature or humidity detected by a sensor 4 such as a temperature sensor 4a, a humidity sensor 4b, etc., a comparator 9 which compares the stored temperature, humidity, etc., with the detection values of the temperature, the humidity, etc., detected by the sensor 4, a heater 6 which has heating elements 6a and 6b for heating the sensor 4, and a fault diagnosing part 10 which performs fault diagnosis, and in case that an input part 2 selects a fault diagnosis mode so as to perform the fault diagnosis of the sensor 4, the comparator 9 compares the temperature and the humidity detected by the sensor 4 and stored in the storage 4 with the detection value detected by the sensor 4 during diagnosis when the heater 6 heats it, and a fault diagnosing part 10 diagnoses whether the sensor 4 is abnormal or normal by the detection value detected by the sensor 4 or the change of the detection value with time, and also it can indicate the diagnosis results. |
