PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproofing method offering a sufficient watertightness which can be applied also to a moist backing or the like. SOLUTION: Insulation underlying sheets are laid on the backing requiring waterproof work while butting their joint portions, the sheets are fixed mechanically to the backing at predetermined intervals with a fixing tool, adhesive tape is adhered to the joint portion of the insulation underlying sheet with an interval between the tapes, on which a drippingstop type dry paint film or a dripping-stop type and non-dripping-stop type dry paint film is laminated.
