PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide radio communications equipment, capable of providing a wireless function, while using optimal hardware at all times. SOLUTION: This equipment is provided with a function distributing part 17 for selecting hardware, capable of providing certain specified wireless functions on the basis of wireless functions, specifications and limiting conditions described in an application program 1 and afterwards changing the hardware adaptively to a communication environment, which is to time sequentially changes and a program generating part 16 for generating and reporting a program for hardware and a control command required for providing the specified wireless functions, and the selected hardware executes the generated program and control command, so that the wireless functions can be realized.
