PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent degradation of the strength of an outer cylinder and a bracket with the outer cylinder pressed therein by avoiding large expansion of a drive source or the like of a valve means for switching an orifice outwardly in the radial direction of the outer cylinder, and improve the space utilization outwardly in the radial direction of the outer cylinder. SOLUTION: This hydraulic cylindrical vibration control device comprises a spindle piece 1, a rubber elastic body 3 fixed to an outer circumferential surface of the spindle piece 1, an outer cylindrical piece 7 having a main liquid chamber 5 and a sub liquid chamber 6 communicated with each other by an idle orifice passage 33b and a shake orifice passage 81 and filled with the liquid between the outer surface of the rubber elastic body 3 and itself, and a negative pressure valve 9 which is disposed between the rubber elastic body 3 and the outer cylindrical piece 7 and capable of opening/closing the idle orifice passage 33b. A connection pipe to connect the negative pressure valve 9 to a suction pump as a drive source of the negative pressure valve is extended in the axial direction from the negative pressure valve 9.
