PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the credit problem of displayed merchandise and a displaying person and a sale price recovering problem in the Internet auction. SOLUTION: In the Internet auction, though an individual can display merchandise freely, a company for assessing merchandise for the auction (the Internet merchandise assessor) is interposed and a company (the Internet auction merchandise assessor credit insurance company) for insuring the credit of the Internet auction merchandise assessor and intermediating the deliver of the price to equalizing the level of assessing contents is provided to solve the credit problem and to solve the sale price recovering problem in the Internet auction.
