PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor heating device which makes it possible to prevent a user from having misunderstanding that disconnection or nonuniformity in temperature occurs in a unit panel. SOLUTION: The unit panel (1) is a minimum unit in the shape of a panel for conducting floor heating. When a change in wattage of the unit panel (1) occurs in the midst of the floor heating, the change is detected and also information is given to prevent excessive rise of temperature.
