PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor of a motor wherein vibration and noise of a rotor of a motor are reduced, deviation of a permanent magnet and a rotating shaft is reduced, reliability is improved, and manufacturing cost is reduced. SOLUTION: This rotor of a motor consists of a permanent magnet 4 wherein beveling parts 4b are formed on the inner peripheral edge of cylindrical both ends and a protruding part 4a protruding inside is formed on the inner periphery; a rotor core 2 which is engaged with a rotating shaft 3 installed in the central part and has a detent 3a on the outer periphery; a buffer member 5 which is arranged in a gap between the rotor core 2 and the permanent magnet 4 and has a through hole 5a in the central part, engaging trenches 5b, 5c which are engaged with the protruding part 4a or the detent 3a, and annular flaps 5d which are protruded from both ends outer periphery and are larger than the beveling parts 4b; and a pair of terminal plates 6 having tray type sections which are arranged on the outer end surfaces of the buffer member 5, and have a through hole 6b in the central part and flanges 6a facing the beveling parts 4b and slantingly protruding in the outer peripheral part. The annular flap 5d is clamped between the flange 6a and the beveling part 4b, and the terminal plates 6 are fitted to the rotating shaft 3 and fixed.
