PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multistage type low-noise amplifier, capable of further improving a noise factor(NF) than heretofore. SOLUTION: In the multistage type low-noise amplifier, constituted by cascade-connecting a first low-noise amplifier, a second low-noise amplifier and an isolator provided between the first low-noise amplifier and the second low-noise amplifier, the first low-noise amplifier is composed of a first hybrid circuit, a first low-noise amplifier circuit, a second low-noise amplifier circuit and a second hybrid circuit, and if the intercept point of the first low-noise amplifier is defined as IP1, the intercept point of the second low-noise amplifier is defined as IP2 and the voltage amplification factor of the second low-noise amplifier is defined as G2, the condition 6dB<=IP1-IP2+G2 is satisfied.
