PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic wave shielding case, where folds in metal foils are hardly caused, air pool is hardly caused and no adhesive is required to reduce the cost, and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: While a female die for forming the outer wall of an enclosure and a male die with recessed parts for integrally forming projections with an inner wall of the enclosure are open, a metal foil is placed to a male die side between the male die and the female die, a thermoplastic or thermosetting resin material is arranged to the female die side, then closing the male die and the female die presses the resin material and the metal foil. The resin material is formed, while the resin material and the metal foil are jointed with an adhesive coated, either or both opposed faces of the resin material and the metal foil, the projections are formed by the resin material broken through the metal foil and intruded to the recessed parts with broken chips of the metal foil, and then the male die or the female die is opened, and the formed enclosure is removed from the dies.
