<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-weight polyolefin highly-dielectric foam, used as a raw material for spherical dielectric lens and the like making use of the principle of Luhneburg lens that is applied to a material of various dielectric antenna and the like, reflector and antenna of radar waves, etc., and its manufac turing method. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method for polyolefin highly-dielectric foam is to add polyolefin resin, dielectric ceramics of 5 to 50 parts in weight relative to the resin and foaming agent to an extruding machine, melted and kneaded, and then extruded from extrusion die casting while foaming. Then obtained by cutting this appropriately are polyolefin highly-dielectric foamed particles with bulk specific gravity of 0.5 to 0.04 g/cm3. The foamed particles are molded by filling a molding die. Polyolefin highly-dielectric foam disperses 5 to 50 parts in weight of dielectric ceramics uniformly in the polyolefin resin obtained with the said manufacturing method and foamed to make its bulk specific gravity 0.5 to 0.04 g/cm3.</p> |
