PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the possibility that a track reliability is not correctly calculated because of the absence of consideration into a gate size. SOLUTION: A tracking process means 2 judges whether or not each observation vector is within a predetermined range from an estimated vector and estimates a position of a target from all or a plurality of the observation vectors present in the predetermined range and the estimated vector. A track reliability- calculating means 4 calculates the track reliability corresponding to a size of the predetermined range from observation information, and a track reliability- judging means 5 judges according to a track cumulative reliability value calculated on the basis of the track reliability whether or not the target disappears.
