PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator of an AC generator which can improve bonding workability of a neutral point connection part and has a neutral point connection part of high reliability. SOLUTION: Conductor of a stator coil 18 is constituted of oxygen-free copper, conductor end portions turning to a neutral point of the stator coil 18 are made to protrude from coil end portions 18b, and the tip parts of the conductor end portions are bonded from above by arc welding, thereby constituting the neutral point connection part 20.
