PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means confirming whether an aimed improved soil is achieved or not in the case that an improved column body is constructed to enhance the bearing force of the ground. SOLUTION: The improved soil sampler 10 is constituted of a connection bar 11 having a required length, and a sampling tube 12 fixed to the tip of the connection bar 11 and provided with a cover only inwardly openable and closable at the opening end opposite to the extended side of the connection rod 11.
