PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably operate a head latch lever and a platform latch lever by making the incorporation of a solenoid main body part to a platform easier, uniquely deciding the relative position of the solenoid main body part to the platform and stabilizing the operating point of a solenoid plunger part to the solenoid main body part. SOLUTION: A deformable rib for pressurizing the solenoid main body part is provided on one or more spots on the side face of a solenoid attaching groove on the platform 4. Thus, the relative position of the solenoid main body part to the platform 4 is uniquely decided and the operating point of part of the solenoid plunger part to the solenoid main body is stabilized. Thus, the head latch lever and the platform latch lever are reliably operated.
