PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily share data in groups by directly transmitting/receiving personal data and schedule data between portable telephones, etc., via a message transmitting means such as short mail. SOLUTION: A communication terminal 200 is provided with a receiving means 202 for receiving text data from an external communication terminal, a judging means 204 for judging whether a previously fixed character string exists is text data or not, a deciding means 204 for deciding a menu king corresponding to the character string when the existence of the character string is judged by the judging means and a generating means 206 for generating a menu screen comprising the menu king which is decided by the deciding means. Besides, a display means 208 for displaying the menu screen generated by the generating means is arranged. The terminal is also provided with a storing means 210 for storing data corresponding to the menu kind in a memory.
