PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pre-distorter circuit provided with power monitor function by which the increase of circuit scale can be suppressed, even when it is used to be combined with an adaptive control type high-frequency amplifier. SOLUTION: An inductor 30 for monitoring blocks the signals of a radio frequency band flowing from the side of a signal line 25 into the side of a monitor output terminal 31. Therefore, the DC voltage of the signal line 25, which increases corresponding to the increase of input power, can be outputted from the monitor output terminal 31, and the input voltage can be found from this outputted voltage value. Therefore, when using the pre-distorter circuit to be combined with the adaptive control type high-frequency amplifier, it is not necessary to respectively provide a directional coupler and a wattmeter, so that the circuit scale can be reduced.
