PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photodiode array element which prevents the fluctuation of a current output and in which a position to be hit by light and a bias voltage are not limited. SOLUTION: In the photodiode array element, a plurality of photodiodes are formed in parallel. Light shielding members are installed between the adjacent photodiodes. Conductive members which come into contact along long sides of electrodes on sides irradiated with light are formed.
