PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature controller and an image forming device provided with a means which controls a temperature precisely and stably by suppressing the temperature ripple of a heating means and corrects lighting duty calculated by PID control. SOLUTION: The representative constitution of the temperature controller and the image forming device has a power supplying means realizing the slow up/down of an output voltage by supplying power to plural heating means, a temperature detecting means for detecting the temperature of the heating means and a control means for controlling the heating means. The control means has a prescribed conversion table to correct a value detected by the temperature detecting means to a linearly changing value or an actual temperature and to correct a lighting time in which carrying out is impossible due to the slow up/down to a lighting time in which carrying out is possible.
