PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning device of an electrophotographic device in which only a part of a cleaning member is always in contact with a surface of a photoreceptor during cleaning treatment and whole width of the photoreceptor is successively cleaning-treated by uniform strength according to rotation of a cleaning roller part, thereby scraping defective of residual toner is not generated, wear imparted to the photoreceptor surface by the cleaning device is reduced to prolong the life of the photoreceptor and further removing efficiency can be simply increased even when he removing efficiency is reduced due to change with the lapse of time. SOLUTION: Since a ridgeline of a spiral cleaning blade 21 provided at an outer peripheral part of the cleaning roller 13 is rotated while being in contact with an outer peripheral surface of the photoreceptor drum 1, residual toner on the surface of photoreceptor drum 1 is scraped off by the cleaning blade 21, together with a carrier drops in a toner receiver 14 and is recovered.
