PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem; it is necessary to use a dedicated member and to drastically change the structure in order to prevent shutter blades from bounding in a conventional practice. SOLUTION: As for the shutter device with light shielding members B and C which are rotated so as to open/close light entrances A-1 and D-1, and also with a stopper part D-4 on which the light shielding members abut at the rotary end, the stopper part is inclined toward a side where the rotational center D-3 of the light shielding members exists with reference to a direction CC orthogonal to the rotating direction K of the light shielding members.
