PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underground water flow measurement method and its device for three-dimensionally and accurately measuring the flow rate and the flow direction of underground water by means of a simple structure. SOLUTION: In this underground water flow measurement method, a tracer T in the underground water W is photographed from different photographing angles by means of a photographing means 5, and on the basis of the respective tracer images, three-dimensional coordinates of the tracer T are computed, and also this computing is carried out at a predetermined time interval for finding the flow rate and the flow direction of the underground water W from these three-dimensional coordinates. The device for this method is provided with the single photographing means 5 taking the image of the tracer T in the underground water W, an optical system D leading the tracer images T1, T2 taken from a plurality of photographing angles to the photographing means 5, and a CPU 29 provided with a photography controlling means photographing a plurality of images at a predetermined time interval by means of the photographing means 5, a coordinate computing means finding three-dimensional coordinates of the tracer T every time and a flow rate and flow direction computing means finding the flow rate and the flow direction of the underground water W from the three-dimensional coordinates.
