PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a board conversion cable for a multiple-pin tester and an IC testing method capable of using an IC measuring board and IC testing software in common. SOLUTION: When one of two kinds of tester main bodies is used, the conversion cable 60 corresponding thereto is used to connect a relay connector 10J on a circuit side and a relay connector 10H on a board side to accurately perform the input and output of respective electric signals performed between the respective pins of an IC and the tester main body. When the other tester main body is used, the conversion cable 60b corresponding thereto is used to connect the relay connector 10J on circuit side and the relay connector 10H on the board side to accurately perform the input and output of respective electric signals performed between the respective pins of the IC and the tester main body.
