PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide four-way valve capable of sealing in two selected states with one valve element seat. SOLUTION: A valve element 30 rotated around the axis of a valve stem 28 is disposed inside a valve casing 21. A first aperture part 23 and a second aperture part 24 opposed to each other in the axial direction of the valve stem 28, and a third aperture part 25 and a fourth aperture part 26 opposed to each other in an orthogonal direction to the axis of the valve stem 28, are formed at the valve casing 21. A bend part 27 is connected to the first aperture part 23. The valve element 30 is disposed in such an attitude that the valve element face is inclined with respect to the axis of the valve stem 28. The valve stem 28 is provided piercing the center of the valve element 30 and a wall body of the bend part 27. The valve element seat 32 forming a cylindrical face coaxial with the axis of the valve stem 28 is formed at the peripheral edge of the valve element 30, and a pair of first and second valve casing seats 33, 34 coming in sliding contact with the valve element seat 32 are formed inside the valve casing 21, on the same cylindrical face.
