PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speed reduction gear capable of restraining fluctuation of a speed reduction ratio even in the case of an eccentric pulley. SOLUTION: A middle pulley 110 is manufactured so that the maximum eccentric directions of a large pulley 112 and a small pulley 114 are the same. A segment (first segment) connecting the center 106a of rotation of a driving pulley 106 and the center 110a of rotation of an intermediate pulley 110 (center of rotation of a large pulley 112 and the small pulley 114) is substantially parallel to a segment (second segments) connecting the center 110a of rotation of the intermediate pulley 110 and the center 116a of rotation of an output pulley 116.
