PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a restoring apparatus which is simple in construction, inexpensive in manufacturing cost, space-saving, durable, and easy in exchange of component parts. SOLUTION: The apparatus is comprised of a connecting member (3) having elasticity or contraction and expansion, a foundation-side connector (45) which attaches the connecting member (3) to the side of a foundation, a sill-side connector (7) which attaches the connecting member (3) to the side of a sill, a foundation connector (21) which attaches the connecting member (3) to the side of the foundation, and a sleeper attaching tool (22) which attaches the connecting member (3)to a sleeper 19.
