PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent confusion at a tollgate by previously informing a driver of a position of an ETC gate in the tollgate. SOLUTION: When a driver's vehicle approaches the tollgate, a control means 10 takes out necessary data such as the positions and the numbers of the ETC gates from a tollgate data storage means 7 and makes a display means 5 and a voice guide means 6 display and guide the data. An ETC on-vehicle apparatus 9 practically guides on the basis of guide information gotten from a roadside machine.
