PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange a specimen container pressing mechanism holding a speci men container in penetration/withdrawal of a sampling nozzle separately from a sample nozzle lifting mechanism in a specimen suction device sucking a speci men stored in the specimen container by making the sampling nozzle penetrate into the specimen container. SOLUTION: The specimen container pressing mechanism is provided with a container pressing member 40 abutting on the upper face of the specimen container 10 and arranged movably upward/downward, an elastic member 45 energizing the container pressing member 40 upward, a shift restricting means restricting an upward shift of the container pressing member and allowing its downward shift, and a restriction releasing means releasing restriction on a shift by the shift restricting means. While the container pressing member 40 is brought into contact with the upper face of the specimen container 10, the sampling nozzle 20 penetrates a plug body 12. When the sampling nozzle 20 is pulled out from the plug body, the restriction releasing means is operated and the container pressing member 40 is moved upward by means of the elastic member 45. |
