A detecting substance arrangement device, comprising a dispenser having one or a plurality of pipelines and a sucking and delivering means regulating a pressure inside the pipelines, a regenerating part washing or replacing the pipelines with new ones, a container with a plurality of liquid storage parts having various types of suspensions containing various types of detecting substances stored therein and allowing the pipelines to be inserted, a stage having a film placed thereon for performing the dispensing, coating, or pressing of liquid by the dispenser, a moving means allowing the pipelines to move relative to the regenerating part, the container, and the stage, and a control part controlling the moving means and the sucking and delivering means, wherein the control part is formed to repeat the suction and delivery of the suspensions containing the detecting substances and the movement and washing or replacement of the pipelines so as to control the suspensions to place on the film placed on the stage in the form of narrow parallel lines not in contact with each other.
