A holder-bracket (1) is attached to the user's body at at least two points at the same height, preferably by means of a belt on each side of the hips. A length-adjustable guide shaft (2) leads forwards and downwards to the vertical swivel axle (3) of a wheel and is joined at the top to the axle. The bottom part of the axle is joined to at least one bracket (4). The other end forms or bears the guide for the wheel axle (5).
