Metal sintered (3) onto the metal body surface (2) enlarges the adhesion area, the sinter being porous and spread evenly over the entire surface of the metal body. The sintered metal can also be placed in equally spaced groups or spread at random over the surface (2). Sinter and metal can be the same or different material and preferably an alloy in the case of the sinter. The metal body (1) and elastomer form a flat or again a cylinder in sleeve form.
