<p>A method and device are disclosed, for the determination of directed physical parameters, which may be described by vectors of a quasi-stationary harmonic vector field at a determination point. On detecting the measured parameters for a co-ordinate axis of the vector field, arising at a sensor, the magnitude of the vector may be determined by measurement of the components in three orthogonal co-ordinate directions. The above are sequentially carried out, by rotating the same single sensor, arranged at 90° - arctan X0,5 to the axis of rotation, by 120° each time. The unequivocal direction of the vector is ultimately determined by an intersection of the ambiguous vectors of various directions, resulting from the data on taking further measurements of vector components.</p> |
