PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tube type hydraulic pump capable of smoothly displaying its ability even when rotated at an extremely low speed by using a high pressure tube, having a light weight, a compact size and a simple and rigid structure rich in durability, reliably operable, and producing no noise while securing sufficient discharge of liquid. SOLUTION: A pressure tube 2 placed along the inner surface of the outer cylindrical part of a housing 1 is provided, and a double speed mechanism consisting of a fixed gear 3, an epicyclic gear 4, and a double speed gear 5 is also provided, with the axial center of the shaft (pedal crank shaft and the like) passing through the center part of a hydraulic pump kept as a center. The pressure tube 2 is rotated while being gradually crimped by a seal roller 6 attached to the tip of the double speed mechanism. In addition, separately from this hydraulic pump, a low pressure pressurizer (pressure accumulator and the like) to secure the internal volume of the pressure tube 2 is invariably provided on the suction side of the pump.
