PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earthquake resisting slit member which is rigidly fixed to a form when constructed, facilitates positioning thereof, and facilitates demolition work of the form. SOLUTION: The earthquake resisting slit member 1 is constituted of a core member 2, support members 3 each supporting an end of the core member, and a fixing member 6 engaging with the support member to fix the same to a joint portion of a wall sheathing board 7 and a column sheathing board 8. The support member 3 has a connection portion (e.g. a concave portion 3a), and the fixing member 6 consists of a head 6a fitted into the connection portion (concave portion) of the support member, and a fixing piece integrally formed with the head. The fixing piece 6b is arranged at a column-side edge of the head 6a with respect to the direction of the wall sheathing plate as viewed in a horizontal cross section.
