PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely load a disk-like recording medium in a specified loading position. SOLUTION: A disk tray is provided with a disk loading recessed part 6 for loading a disk-like recording medium, the disk loading recessed part is provided with a bottom part 6a having a diameter nearly equal to the outer diameter of a disk-like recording medium, and an opening part 6b having a diameter larger than the outer diameter of the disk-like recording medium, a slope 6c is formed between the bottom part and the opening part to guide the disk-like recording medium from the opening part to the bottom part, further a protruded part 9 extended to cover at least a part of the slope is formed in the opening part, and a device main body is provided with a pressing means 25 formed to press the disk-like recording medium from the opening part side of the disk loading recessed part to the bottom part side.
