<p>An electrolytic ozone water production method, wherein an anode (3) provided with an ozone generating catalytic function is disposed on one surface of a solid polymer electrolyte membrane (5) and a cathode (4) on the other surface of the membrane (5), a function that enables at least one or both of the anode (3) and the cathode (4) to move toward or away from the membrane (5) is provided, a dc voltage is applied between the electrodes (3, 4) with the electrodes (3, 4) pressed against the membrane (5), and water is allowed to flow along the both surfaces of the membrane (5) to produce ozone water on the anode (3) side by the electrolysis of the flowing water. The electrolytic ozone water production method is characterized by regenerating the solid polymer electrolyte membrane while an ozone water production being continued by performing a pressing force changing operation with which a pressing force of the anode (3) or the cathode (4) or those of the both (3, 4) against the membrane (5) is (are) changed according to a preset condition and then the original pressing force is restored; a device therefor; and a solid polymer electrolyte membrane regenerating method.</p> |
