<p>A food material feeding device capable of producing food dough pieces of a specified weight continuously by forming a continuously fed food dough in a band-shaped or sheet-shaped food dough and cutting and separating the food dough, comprising a hopper storing a large lump of food dough, a cutter device disposed in an opening part on the lower side of the hopper and cutting the food dough into an approximately constant amount of food dough, a plurality of rollers disposed in V-shape, a dough feeder part for forming the cut food dough in band-shape, a feed conveyor for feeding the food dough cut by the cutter device to the dough feeder part, a transfer conveyor transferring the food dough formed in a band-shape of approximately a constant thickness at the dough feeder part, a weighing conveyor weighing, while feeding the food dough, the weight of the band-shaped food dough transferred from the transfer conveyor, and a cutting device cutting the band-shaped food dough when a weighed value by the weighing conveyor matches the existing set value.</p> |
