<p>A content right-of-use identification card corresponding to an encrypted content is sold to a user. The user sends the data recorded in the content right-of-use identification card to a content right-of-use management center. The content right-of-use management center identifies the content and the content right-of-use identification card according to the data recorded in the received content right-of-use identification card and sends a content key for content decoding encrypted by, e.g., a session key to the user. The content right-of-use identification card sold to the user can be set as a resale one, and transferred to another user. Therefore the content key can be received from the content right-of-use management center a plurality of times. As a result, the content can be used without performing an on-line settlement processing.</p> |
