<p>A caster (25) for baby carriage, comprising a caster holder (30) fitted to a front leg (12) of a baby carriage (10), a caster column (32) installed in the caster holder (30) and having a flange-shaped part (32a) supporting a caster bearing member (36) on the lower end thereof, and the caster bearing member (36) installed slidably and rotatably on the caster column (32) and having a front wheel (35) pivoted at one side part thereof, wherein tapered surfaces (32b, 36c) tilting in circumferential direction and engaged with each other are provided on the upper surface (32c) of the flange-shaped part (32a) of the caster column (32) and the lower surface (32d) of the caster bearing member (36) opposed to the upper surface (32c) of the flange-shaped part (32a), respectively, and a spring (37) energizing the caster bearing member in the direction of the flange-shaped part (32a) of the caster column (32) is installed between the caster holder (30) and the caster bearing member (36).</p> |
