Drugs useful in the prevention and/or treatment of nervous system diseases, containing as the active ingredient compounds of the general formula (I) or pharmacologically acceptable salts thereof: (I) wherein X is a group represented by the general formula (II), (III), (IV), (V) or (VI); A is a saturated or unsaturated 3- to 6-membered carbocyclic group or the like; B i s CH2 or the like; n is 0 to 2; R1 is hydrogen, halogeno, or the like; R2, R3, and R7 to R14 are each hydrogen, optionally substituted lower alkyl, or the like; R4 is hydrogen, optionally substituted lower alkyl, or the like; R5 is hydrogen, halogeno, or the like; and R6 is a saturated or unsaturated mono- or bicyclic carbocyclic group or the like, or alternatively, R5 and R6, R7 and R8, R9 and R10, and/or R11 and R12 may be united to form a cyclic structure.
