The disc (3) is rotarily mounted on a vertical shaft (2). The disc is enclosed by a fixed, circular housing-ring (6). Some of the figures (8) are arranged on at least one circular plate (9) mounted in the space between the shaft and housing ring and cooperating with the inner contact surface (11). The plate is inset into a recess in the disc. The housing ring on the side of the disc facing away from the figures has a housing-base (7).
