The invention concerns a system for projecting color lights through an optical fiber for any type of garment including shoes and other objects for publicity or ornamental purposes. The system comprises a small electronic board having components such as integrated circuits and light-emitting diodes, which send the light through the optical fiber onto the outer part of the object, thereby projecting colors and movement. The system uses batteries as a source of energy thereby enabling it to be a portable system for effective lighting.
