<p>A main office (1) for preparing a play list indicating a material sending schedule and branch offices (2-1 to 2-n) for sending materials based on the play list are connected together via a network (3); the main office (1) is provided with an attribute imparting means (11) for imparting to the prepared play list an attribute indicating a sending stand-by, and with a transferring means (11) for transferring to the branch offices (2-1 to 2-n) information on the prepared play list and the attribute imparted to the play list via a network (3); and the branch offices (2-1 to 2-n) are each provided with a time setting means (31) for setting time, and with a sending stand-by means (31) for judging from this information on the attribute whether or not this attribute is imparted at this set time to the play list transferred from the main office (1), and for performing a sending stand-by based on this attribute-imparted play list. A CATV branch office now can perform a sending stand-by based on the play list distributed from the main office without involvement by branch office members.</p> |
