When a user is allowed to obtain virtual money, the user selects one the types of virtual money to which different sets of individuality information are added, and the selected type of virtual money is paid to a virtual account of the user. When the user is allowed to use one of service agents to receive the virtual money from the virtual account, the individuality of a character displayed on the user terminal is changed depending on the individuality information added to the received virtual money. Thus the user can enjoy the individuality of the character personifying the agent, and changing an agent to a pay one is possible.
