A multiple-barrel mortar assembly for launching grenades and similar items and mounted on the side of a combat vehicle. Several modules that can rotate in azimuth are mounted in a mount. Each mount is provided with a barrel accommodated in a block. Each barrel extends at a prescribed acute angle to the base of the block. The angle establishes the assembly's elevation.
