PURPOSE: An industrial process monitoring and controlling system is provided to monitor every situation of a manufacture process and automatically controlling the manufacture process. CONSTITUTION: An input/output communication processor module(150) is connected to individual devices, and requests situation data from the respective devices to convert the data into a format suitable for processing. A database module(160) stores data transferred from the input/output communication processor module. A graphic processor module(180) displays a state of each device through a graphic process of field situation data stored in the database module. A statistic process control processor module(200) analyzes a result from each device using the field situation data stored in the database module. A report processor module(210) outputs the field situation data from the database module and the statistics result from the statistic process control processor module.
