PROCESS FOR MANUFACTURING SIDEWALK AND ROADWAY AND ROAD BOUNDARY BLOCK

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing sidewalk and roadway and road boundary block is provided to extend lifetime of the product 4-6 times longer than conventional material and to extremely reduce water permeability sufficient to expert water-repellent efficient, and to impart additional impact-resistance and bending-resistance. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises a preparation step of the product including a modified concrete composition consisting of 0.2-5wt.% of synthetic rubber base latex or resin emulsion binder; 10-16wt.% of cement; 28-45wt.% of sand; 31-42wt.% of pebbles. The composition contains latex binder and 0.1-0.3wt.% of curing acceleration agent; 0.1-0.5wt.% of thickener both being based on the weight of binder; and 0.5-10wt.% of pigment relative to the weight of cement. The sidewalk(5) and roadway(3) and the road boundary block(1) are arranged at the location between L shape side part(6) to form a sill. The block(1) is formed by beating the base concrete(5) near side portion of the L type(6) and the road(4) is formed by interposing the boundary block between the sidewalk boundary block(1) and roadway boundary block(2).
