PURPOSE: A device for developing intermediate service system of a building and a re-bid method are provided to show a cyber character, a delicate design, a price, a warranty deed, and a shape after a completion of a construction in advance at a low price and rapidly when a construction is received or ordered at on-line. CONSTITUTION: A user inputs one's credit number and resident registration number, address, name, one's property state etc. in a client member registration page view for joining to a membership of a homepage before a bid registration. If the user inputs and clicks a new construction remodeling, a renovation, an interior, and total sample of a building in a client demanding space using a sample inherent number, the system shows the related sample and an inherent number in a site view. If the user clicks model inherent numbers according to samples in order, moving pictures are shown. If the user inputs a standard sample and confirms an inherent number, an area amount, a height, a material, a color, a design, and construction expenses of wanted construction field, the site transmits a detail drawing, specifications, an estimate to the client through an E-mail.
