PURPOSE: A disposable and highly adhesive sanitary napkin for briefs is provided to improve absorptivity, air permeability, elasticity, convenience, sense of security, sanitation, and deodorization for people with active lives, being designed in accordance with a human body engineering technology. CONSTITUTION: A disposable and adhesive sanitary napkin for briefs includes an elastic waste belt; an absorptive sheet for preventing adhesive tape secretions (13,14); grooves for preventing secretions; every kind of polyethylene film (PE sheet); a gauze nonwoven fabric; an upper and lower front sheet; a gauze PE film; an embossing front sheet with embossing layers (2,12); a liquid-impermeable portion (19); an adhesive rubber band or rubber part; and an elastic rubber band and an adhesive elastic rubber.
